Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds

This page explains delivery, cancellation, and refunds for the Zybee Exposure Report and Done-for-you Security. It supplements our report terms of service; where they differ for a specific service, the terms for that service apply.

Delivery

We deliver the Zybee Exposure Report by email within 12–48 hours after we accept your request and confirm the scope.

For Done-for-you Security, delivery follows the scope and timeline we agree with you before work begins.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge at any time before work begins. Email hello@zybee.ai to cancel.

Refunds

Once work has begun, we issue a refund only if we do not deliver the agreed report or work, or if the delivered work materially deviates from the described scope.

Refunds are paid exclusively to the original payment method or card used for the payment, and are processed within 5–10 business days.

Before requesting a chargeback, please contact us first at hello@zybee.ai or by phone at +49 156 78610062 so we can resolve the issue.

Payment

We invoice after delivery. You pay once, by card or bank transfer, using the payment methods shown on the invoice.
