Report terms of service
Updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover the Zybee Exposure Report provided by BOLD BYTES DEV LLC, operating as Zybee Labs ("we," "us"). Questions? Email hello@zybee.ai.
These terms apply to the Exposure Report and, as set out below, to Done-for-you Security. Hands-on website security work, including WordPress security ("Done-for-you Security"), requires a separate agreement on scope, price, and terms before work begins. An inquiry does not authorize that work. Where we provide Done-for-you Security under such a separate agreement, these general terms apply to it as well, except where that agreement states otherwise.
1. Your request and authorization
Sending the request form on this website, or emailing us, submits your request. A request is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and the scope by email.
Only request a report for a website you own or are authorized to have reviewed. You authorize the agreed public, outside-in checks for the confirmed URL and scope. Third-party websites, services, accounts, and infrastructure are excluded unless their owner has authorized the checks and we have expressly agreed to include them. A link or integration on your site does not authorize us to test its provider.
2. What we do—and do not do
We review publicly accessible information and externally visible configuration. We do not request credentials, log in to private systems, make code changes, download your data, or perform intrusive testing. We do not exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or perform load or denial-of-service tests. If a finding would require those actions to investigate further, it is outside this service.
The report is a point-in-time review of the agreed scope, not a full penetration test, comprehensive security audit, certification, or guarantee of security. It may not identify every issue. A finding, or the absence of one, does not establish that a system is secure or compliant.
3. Delivery
We deliver the report by email within 12–48 hours after accepting your request and confirming the scope. If access problems or a scope question affect that timing, we will contact you and agree on a revised delivery time rather than silently expanding the work.
4. Price and payment
The price is $249 USD, as a one-time payment. We confirm your price before work starts. There is no upfront payment: you get the report first, and the invoice arrives with it. You pay once, by card or bank transfer using the payment methods and due date shown on the invoice. This is not a subscription. Questions about your invoice? Contact hello@zybee.ai.
5. Cancellation and concerns
You can cancel by emailing hello@zybee.ai before work begins, with no charge. If work has already started, contact us to discuss the work completed and available options. If you have a concern about the report or an invoice, contact us so we can review it with you. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. See also our Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds page.
6. Using the report
Recommendations and fix prompts need review by someone familiar with your application. Review proposed changes, make appropriate backups, and test them before applying them to production. Do not use a prompt or apply a change without reviewing it first. Implementation, remediation, and verification of fixes are separate work and are not included in the report price. Any such work requires a separate agreement on scope, price, and terms.
7. Information and contact
Do not send passwords, API keys, customer records, or other sensitive application data with your request. Our privacy notice explains how we handle request, correspondence, report, and invoice information. For service or terms questions, email hello@zybee.ai.
8. Business customers only
Our services are offered exclusively to businesses — Unternehmer within the meaning of §14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), or persons acting in their trade, business, or profession — and not to consumers. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are acting as a business for this purpose.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with a service is limited to the fee you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. These limits do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, or where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
